Animated Videos for In-Person

These twelve animated videos were created for an award-winning in-person, five-day sales training program, hosted by the Sales Force Development team at HUB International.

Process
I collaborated with a subject-matter expert and program manager to create twelve animated videos during my year of experience at HUB International. The videos were used in Path to Validation, an award-winning in-person, five-day sales training program, held every four months with over twenty-five attendees. Of the twelve videos, seven were explainer videos and five were sales conversation demonstrations.
Production
I created the narrations for these videos using the AI voice generator, WellSaid Labs. The videos themselves I created in Vyond. I edited some video assets using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. I added English and French caption using Kapwing.
Media Build
After a review and revision period, I added all of the English-captioned versions of the videos to the PowerPoint deck used during the in-person training program, with the French-captioned versions available upon request.
Takeaways
This was my first experience using Vyond and Kapwing and my second experience using WellSaid Labs. I enjoyed learning these new technologies, especially the animation software.
These videos were created over six weeks and were part of an initiative to modernize the long-running program. The use of Vyond and WellSaid Labs made it easy to quickly produce a large number of videos that will improve retention and engagement.
